Prices can change in base of a selected cancellation policy.

for the months of July and August apartment bookings are strictly on a weekly bases (from Saturday to Saturday),
during the rest of the year shorter stays can be accomodated.
The price includes:
Swimming pool (approx. from 20th May to 30th September ), electricity, water supply, air conditioning or heating, TV and WI-FI, apartment cleaning, first forniture of bed sheets and bath towels, shared washing machine.
The price does not include:
Cradle: € 25.00 per week; linen change: bed sheets € 5.00, bath towels € 5.00 per person each change; tourist tax (from July 1st to September 30th: €1 per person per day from 14 years old upwards).
Bike rent: minimum 3 days, request fees and availability when booking.
Pets: dogs and cats are welcomed. Extra charge of 20.00€ per week due to extra cleaning. Please bring with you your pet’s blanket and basket.
We do not accept cheques. We accept credit cards and debit cards.
